If you can’t log in to full text or databases and are stopped at the proxy server Passport login, you may see the error message “Too many redirects”.
This can also occur when you are trying to get into the Portal and your browser has been open a long time.
 
There are some simple fixes to try:
 
1. Restart the browser or
2. Use a different browser or
3. Clear the browser cache (learn how to at this link)
 
If all else fails you may need to restart your device.
