All registrants are sent a recording of our online EndNote sessions, whether they attended or not. You can see the EndNote class schedule here (note there is an in-person class that is not recorded). All recordings are meant for the registrant and should not be shared further.

There are a number of additional online options available through Clarivate, the maker of EndNote.

If you have completed one or all of these options and are still having trouble using EndNote, let us know and we can schedule a one-on-one consultation to discuss your specific needs.
