A few resources that are available that may help you identify potential journals are:
- Journal Author/Name Estimator (JANE)
- EndNote has a built in tool called "Create Citation Report" (References menu - Web of Science - Create Citation Report) that generates a report based on the articles you are citing in a manuscript
