The Strauss Health Sciences Librarians are available to meet with you to help identify a quality journal for your publication.

Topics we can help with include (but are not limited to):

  • identifying open access publishing options
  • identifying highly ranked journals for specific subject areas
  • reviewing journals for suspicious publishing practices (predatory publishing)
  • adding publications or preprints to the instructional repository

A few resources that are available that may help you identify potential journals are:

  • Journal Author/Name Estimator (JANE)
  • EndNote has a built in tool called "Create Citation Report" (References menu - Web of Science - Create Citation Report) that generates a report based on the articles you are citing in a manuscript
