If you're seeing advertisements for EndNote 21, it is true that it is available. It just isn't available via the campus license yet.
The site license deployment for new EndNote versions is always delayed from when individuals can purchase the software. As such we are anticipating having EndNote 21 available to the campus in August 2023.
If you need EndNote 21 before the campus has access to it, you are welcome to purchase an individual license using this link.
