There are several things to try if you are having access issues to any of the library's resources:

  1. Clear your browser cache (instructions if you need assistance: https://clear-my-cache.com/)
  2. Try logging into the Anschutz VPN in case your location is causing an issue (VPN instructions: https://www.ucdenver.edu/offices/office-of-information-technology/software/how-do-i-use/vpn-and-remote-access)
  3. If you using a Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Vivaldi, or Brave​ browser you can use the LibKey Nomad browser extension which may help get you to full text articles faster (info about LibKey Nomad: https://library.cuanschutz.edu/get-libkey-nomad
