What is Perma.cc?
Perma.cc is a service that helps prevent link rot. Use it to preserve the online sources you cite and to make those records accessible, even if the original disappears from the web. Perma.cc creates permanent URL links
How does Perma.cc work?
Log in and enter the URL of the site you want to preserve. Select the Anschutz Faculty & Staff organization in the affiliated with dropdown menu, then click Create Perma Link. Perma.cc software visits that URL, preserves what's there, deposits it into their collection, and gives you a unique URL (e.g. "perma.cc/ABCD-1234"). You can create an unlimited number of Perma Links within the Anschutz Faculty & Staff organization account. Please note that any Perma Links you create can be seen by anyone with an account linked to our campus organization (but you can create up to 10 personal links on your own account that will not be visible to the organization). Do not rename Perma Link URLs created by other people in our organization.
