OpenEvidence.com is a generative AI (artificial intelligence) tool that creates answers to clinical questions based on peer-reviewed medical literature.
OpenEvidence only offers personal accounts, which are free to verified health care professionals in the United States. Currently there is not a way for an individual who is not a U.S. health care professional to purchase access.
Here are instructions for creating a personal account, depending on your occupation:
If you are a physician, nurse practitioner (NP), physician assistant (PA), registered nurse, pharmacist, dentist, or other profession that requires a National Provider Identifier (NPI), verify your credentials by entering your NPI.
If you are a medical student, NP student, or PA student, enter your school name and graduation date, and upload proof of student status (for example, a picture of an ID badge bearing name and medical trainee status, a transcript showing course load for the current school year or a signed, dated letter by a faculty member).
