To find books at the Strauss Health Sciences Library:
- Use the "Library Search" tab at the top of the search bar (2nd tab) at the library homepage.
- Type in the title of the book or the topic you are interested in and click search.
- If you are only interested in books or ebooks, once you are on the results page, use the filters on the left hand side to limit the Resource Type to Books (or eBooks).
- Once you've identified the title you are looking for you can either come to the library and retrieve it from its location or place a hold on the item and we will bring it to the front desk for you to pick up.
Reserve books are located on the first floor of the library behind our service desk-- stop by and ask for the title you are looking for.
If you do not find the item you need, try using PROSPECTOR. This will search the holdings of most major Colorado public, academic, and special libraries all at once. You can request items from these libraries to be delivered to the Health Sciences Library on your behalf.
