Please please enforce quiet environment on the second floor. I have a learning distance and its really hard to find a place on campus that is quiet. It seems like there is always someone having a loud phone conversation. I've tried to ask people but I dont want to have to police people. I hate to be this person but just desperate for a place to focus.
